Assure360 is a fully supported software solution, and training and support is included in the subscription fee. The details as to how this is provided are as follows:
- Unlimited remote training delivered by Teams (or similar)’
- Unlimited remote support delivered by telephone, Teams (or similar)
- One full day of on-site / face to face training is included in the configuration fee and is normally delivered as part of the configuration process,
- Additional face to face training can be arranged, this is normally charged at Assure’s standard day rate of £750 ex VAT plus travelling expenses.
- Assure360 has a network of Audit Partners, who are also independent Assure360 trainers. They can be contacted to conduct audits or provide training on any area of the solution. Contact details HERE.
