As many of you will know, Assure360 is the premier software solution for the asbestos industry. Nearly 60,000 projects have run successfully on our revolutionary Paperless app, and we’ve analysed more than 30,000 personal monitoring test results. Assure360’s extensive tools and reports combine to give users unprecedented visibility of their site operations. Assure360 is completely independent, with no links or ties to asbestos removal companies or analytical organisations – in fact we’re 100% family-owned and operated. Being there for you and your supervisors is part of our DNA: a very visible example of this is the free and unlimited WhatsApp Live Chat support our customers have enjoyed for some time now. Less visible, because your data is sensitive and business-critical, are the security measures we use to keep everything secure behind the scenes.

We have taken the next step and built multi-factor authentication into Assure360. If you’re not familiar with MFA, it helps secure system logins by requiring a unique code in addition to a password. Without both the password and code (two different ‘factors’), nobody can log into your account.

As you would expect, we’ve added the feature with the simplicity and practicality that Assure360 is known for. It’s an opt-in, extra layer of protection, and as with all enhancements to our system, it comes completely free of charge.

To set up MFA, simply activate it in our software, then scan the QR code into your preferred authenticator – it works with all leading apps such as Google Authenticator, available on both Apple and Android. Once activated, you’ll be prompted for the code shown in the app each time you log in to Assure360. Simple, as all solutions should be.
